From sporting fixtures, stadiums and mass-participation events to festivals, concerts, nightlife and community events, we provide proportionate, professionally planned medical provision tailored to the specific needs, risks, audience and operating environment of each event.

Our services range from first aid and immediate medical assessment through to advanced clinical care and ambulance transport. Our experienced teams include appropriately qualified First Responders, Ambulance Clinicians, Paramedics, Nurses and Doctors, enabling us to provide the right level of clinical response for each event.

LMAS is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to carry on regulated activities within the scope and conditions of our registration. Our CQC-registered services are supported by robust clinical governance, structured medical planning and accountable operational delivery.

First Responders
Level 3 and 4
Our responders hold PHEM Level C & D qualifications, such as FREC 3 or equivalent, ensuring they are trained to provide a high standard of pre-hospital emergency care. First Response Emergency Care (FREC) qualifications equip responders with the skills and knowledge needed to manage medical emergencies confidently, including patient assessment, trauma management, emergency treatment, and lifesaving interventions. Many of our team also hold FREC 4, which includes advanced clinical assessment, decision-making, and enhanced pre-hospital care skills, providing additional expertise for more complex medical situations.
