About Local Medics and Ambulance Service
Local Medics & Ambulance Service (LMAS) was founded in October 2021 by two professionals who had previously worked together and shared a vision of building a reliable, professional event medical company. Their goal was to create a service that not only delivered exceptional patient care but also provided sustainable opportunities for healthcare professionals within the events sector.

Since then, LMAS has grown from a small event medical provider into a trusted, clinically led healthcare and ambulance service, supporting a diverse range of events across the UK. Our commitment to professionalism, safety, and patient-centred care remains at the heart of everything we do.

Today, LMAS operates as a CQC-registered ambulance provider, offering event medical services, ambulance support, and healthcare solutions tailored to the needs of each client. Our organisation is supported by a senior clinical leadership team, including experienced doctors and paramedics, alongside a dedicated operational management structure.

We work with a network of approximately 60 to 80 regular clinicians and operational staff, supplemented by trusted partner organisations when additional resources are required. Through continued investment in clinical governance, operational systems, and quality assurance, we strive to deliver safe, professional, and proportionate medical care at every event we support.

Whether providing a first aid team for a local community event or managing a fully equipped medical centre and ambulance operation for a large-scale event, LMAS is committed to delivering the highest standards of care, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.
